Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using STX.1 System Monitor (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the Software.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Strategia-X ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Software.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Strategia-X grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license permits you to:

• Install and use the Software on multiple Windows devices that you own or control
• Receive automatic updates and improvements to the Software
• Use all features included in the Software without additional fees
• Access technical support through our official channels

You agree NOT to:

1. Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
2. Modify: Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software
3. Redistribute: Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Software to third parties without explicit permission
4. Remove Branding: Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
5. Malicious Use: Use the Software for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
6. Commercial Exploitation: Use the Software in a commercial service bureau environment or for competitive analysis
7. Circumvent Security: Attempt to disable or circumvent any security features or license validation mechanisms

STX.1 System Monitor may periodically check for and download updates automatically. Updates may include bug fixes, security patches, new features, and performance improvements.

By using the Software, you agree that:

• Updates may be downloaded and installed automatically without additional notice
• Your Software version may be verified with our servers to ensure compatibility
• We may deprecate or remove features in future updates with reasonable notice
• You are responsible for maintaining compatible system requirements

STX.1 System Monitor is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, system telemetry, or usage analytics.

Data Storage:

• All system monitoring data is stored locally on your device using SQLite database
• Historical data is retained for 30 days and automatically purged
• No data is transmitted to external servers or third parties
• You may delete all stored data by uninstalling the Software

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Software will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• The Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Software will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors or defects in the Software will be corrected
• The Software will be compatible with all hardware configurations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STRATEGIA-X BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

This limitation applies to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Cost of procurement of substitute goods or services
• Business interruption or system downtime
• Hardware damage or component failure
• Data loss or corruption

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the Software immediately
• You must uninstall all copies of the Software from your devices
• You must delete all related files and documentation

Strategia-X reserves the right to discontinue the Software at any time without liability to you.

Strategia-X reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through:

• In-app notifications upon Software launch
• Updates to this webpage with revised "Last Updated" date
• Email notifications (if you have opted in to communications)

Your continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Software.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations
• If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
• You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
